Dealing with a bookeeper
So I am in the mist of a "conversation" with the bookkeeper at my job regarding my work hours. We communicate through letters apparently . Here is my question, when she writes a letter to me (which is of course typed) she types her name at the bottom but doesnt actually sign it. Is she suppose too, legally? I'd like to keep track of all our communications but it really means nothing if its not signed right?

Re: Dealing with a bookeeper
That's odd. Does she initial any part of the letter? Or make any marks on it at all? I would think it would be best if it was signed or at least initialed because if she wants to be a PITA she could say it's not her letter. Can you asked her for a signed copy? If not, or if she refuses, can you communicate with her via e-mail? That's what I actually do and I save all my delivery and read confirmations.
