Really Low Calorie Breakfast and Lunch
I need some ideas for really low calorie breakfast and lunch options.
I think the reason I can't loose weight is I end up eating/drinking a lot on Friday and Saturday nights and blowing all my good efforts for the week.
I'm thinking if I can reduce calories earlier on days when I know I will be going out, it will help me be under what I have been doing.
So any ideas - need things that are filling.

What are you eating already? Veggie egg white omelets are low calorie.
Lunch - salads filled with veggies and lean protein like ham, turkey or shrimp and balsamic vinegar or lemon juice.
What are you drinking? Try switching to light stuff or diet soda if doing mixed drinks. That will help cut down on calories as well.

Re: Really Low Calorie Breakfast and Lunch
I'd try to increase your protein and fiber intake to help keep you full longer.
A great low point filing breakfast: egg whites with veggies on a low carb whole wheat tortilla.
For lunch: grilled chicken salad, veggie burger, soup and salad
Try eating small snacks throughout the day. Things like greek yogurt, fruit, nuts, etc- to keep you full.

Re: Really Low Calorie Breakfast and Lunch
I do the exact same thing...Fri & Sat nights I blow it on alcohol and food (knowingly of course) and I'm not back to a normal weight or feeling good until wed or thursday...then I do it all over again!
Def lots of fruit & veggies, minimize processed food.
My favorite low cal meals are:
Bfast- greek yogurt (plain) w/ a ton of berries
lunch - deli flat loaded w/roasted veggies (cooked myself and sprayed w/Pam so very little fat) & Cedars hummus
