Please help me redesign a master bedroom...
Need desperate help on websites to give me decorating ideas for the master bedroom-and if anyone has pics they would like to share, can you please post pics? I am going to be redoing the master bedroom and want to make it very different then it is . Thanks for any advice- Also, any places, stores etc to go look at ideas etc.
ETA we have a high ranch with 2 small windows in the corner of the master bedroom.

An interior designer friend introduced me to houzz.com -- it's a really cool decorating site and you can search by room to get a lot of inspiration on colors, furniture layout, accessories, etc.

An interior designer friend introduced me to houzz.com -- it's a really cool decorating site and you can search by room to get a lot of inspiration on colors, furniture layout, accessories, etc.

I am not sure what I like. It was my parents house, they both passed away. Psychologically it has taken me a long time to redo there room . DH and I have been sleeping in another large bedroom in the house, I have been using this room for storage- it is time to redo it and I am ready to do so. I redid most of the rest of the house. This is why I have no idea what style I like etc.

I'm happy for you that you finally feel that you should make it your own..
Are you looking for a romantic style? comfort? traditional? clean and crisp? eclectic? do you have furniture or anything are you starting with a clena slate?
