What Do you think? Master Bedroom Ideas (w/pics & poll) UPDATED w/more pics 3-12-09
OK, so recently I bought the saying that is over the bed, just haven't put it up yet, but this is exactly what the saying looks like. Kohl's has them for $14.99 I think.
Anyway, which layout do you like best?
#1 (Saying & Picture Ledge)
#2 (Saying & Picture Ledge & Wedding Photo next to Saying)
#3 (Saying & Picture Ledge w/less stuff on ledge & Wedding Photo next to Saying)

UPDATE
How about this? Since I can't balance out the wall with the bed on it, maybe I just shouldn't put anything? What do you think of this look? I wish I could balance the room the way I want, because believe me I don't like when things aren't centered either. A little OCD myself.  That is why this room has stumped me for so long.
If anyone has any other ideas about what I should put on the walls, I would appreciate the thoughts. Thanks!

Tough call IMO since your bed can't be centered on the wall next to the window. Can the saying itself be centered over the bed? If so, I like any of the arrangements - #1 is best and then you could always add the wedding pic afterwards if it seems like it works. If the saying cannot be centered over the bed, I know you didn't ask this but I would find something else that can be centered. Pretty room!!

I use Power Point and then put into Paint to make it into a JPG file.

Paint color is BM - Brittany Blue. It's a light slate blue.

Your furniture and your wall color is beautiful! But it would be way too busy in there...my eyes were all over the place. Also, the way your bed is positioned its very confusing...I like my rooms, especially my bedroom to be kind of "balanced"...is there any way that you can put the bed on an angle? Have the back face the corner? Then I would maybe do two small shelves on each side.

I see what you mean. I might try to move the curtain over a little so I can center the saying. I see what you are talking about now. Thank you.

Sorry but I can't balance out the room if I tried. It's hard because of where the windows are placed in the room. The room is too small to angle the bed in the corner. Unfortunately, it's the only place that the bed and the dressers fit. The room is 13x11. Not a lot of room to play with.

Jen, honestly since the wall your bed is against is not symmetrical anyway since you have that one window, I don't think anything NEEDS to be centered over the bed. Then again, i'm not one that needs everything perfectly centered so others may disagree.
At first I was thinking to put the shelf over the bed (centered between the window and the left wall - not centered over the bed) with the wall words underneath that. Then on the other wall just do maybe three frames.
Then I thought of three frames on that other wall with the wall words underneath, but I think the shelf with the wall words underneath for that wall is the best idea (the last pic you posted in your first post).
And for over the bed since I don't think anything needs to be centered b/c of that window, what about just three simple frames centered between the edge of the window and the wall? You don't want to clutter all the wall space so I think something simple like this:

I like the shelf with the words underneath (I would bring it down just a bit, maybe 3-4") .... then on the wall above your bed I like either the 3 frames or nothing at all.
