Officially sick

DH told me I should not have even done that walk/run yesterday because I was already feeling under the weather. Now I'm going to miss spin tomorrow....

I wish we didn't get sick when we were training. Can't I just get sick on May 2, and get better before we go to Disney the following week????

I'm wirh you!! The worst part about being sick (for me) is not getting to the gym!

Hope you feel better quickly! On the bright side, sometimes a few days off helps alot more than it hurts. I'm sure you'll be fine!

I was away last week so didn't workout as much as I wanted. I got off the plane and now I'm sick. I just hate it but if I push myself 2 much I will make myself worst. Try to rest up.

I've been sick a lot lately too. (thanks kids! ) i always continue working out when sick... I feel like I get better faster. Just don't over do it!

I was sick w/ a cold all of last week and didn't get to work out at all, started to get better for a day and then got much worse and now have a sinus infection and a horrible cough. No gym this week either :( It sucks.

Something must be going around...I have the flu and have been miserable for nearly a week.
