wow, that's some 1-2 punch of sleepiness..
I didn't have any yesterday but I've had them every day for about 2 weeks on my arms or hands. They itch like crazy and then after about an hour they go away.
I have scabs from the scratching.

i have autoimmune chronic hives and i go through rough patches... my hands are the worst. i have found that stress and hormones play the largest part in outbreaks...
try as much as possible to remain stress free. there are also many food/beverage triggers for hives! do some research on that.
many find that daily allegra or claritan help you have to take it for a while to let it build up in your system to see a difference.
