feeling stuck at a weight

I started weight watchers back on 3/7 I have consistantly had a loss every week. This past week I weighed in (I'm doing weight watchers online) and I was down .8 (so yay!)
I weigh myself everyday (I always have) and this past week I have showed no loss. Usually during the week, I;ll start to show a loss but I have either been the same or up a little.
I'm doing all the same things I've been doing. I weigh/measure ALL my food.

Re: feeling stuck at a weight

I found weighing myself too much can really throw me off. My scale at home always says something different. Last Saturday it told me I was up when I was really down!

Maybe the problem is that you are doing everything the same. Your body might be getting used to your eating habits. I would try switching it up a bit!

Overall, though I wouldn't worry too much about one week if you've been consistently losing weight. Everyone has weeks where you just don't lose no matter what you do.

Since I always weigh in at home, Its not like I'm finding a difference between one scale to another. I find that I need to weigh myself to keep myself on track.
I think i'm going to try switching up my food a bit.

Yea I was eating pretty much the same thing everyday and my weight loss was starting to slow down. So I started switching it up a bit.

Also I have found in the 3 months that I've been doing WW that the week or so before AF I have very little weight loss.

I had a different breakfast this morning and I'm going to have a different lunch. I've been having the same lunch since I started. Time to swtich it. I'm hoping this does it. I get frustrated easily and I WANT to lose weight. I'm tired of cute clothes not fitting and me feeling ashamed of the way I look.

I agree with switching up your diet. In order to get over this plateau you might want to consider trying something like carbohydrate cycling whre you vary your carbohydrate intake daily.
