Making food for Dogs

Does anyone make their own food for their dogs? What do you make? I am thinking of doing this because my dog has allergies.

Do you mean "raw" feeding? If so, I don't do it but it's a growing trend. It takes knowledge to do it right and not cause more issues. Someone here does it... I can't remember who.

First place I'd start is how to make sure you're giving your dog all of the nutrients it needs.

By the way, there are foods out there that are made especially for dogs with allergies too.

Its if a raw diet you are interested in please consult your vet. before doing so. I work at a veterinary hospital and have seen many sick dogs from being on raw diet.
