Small Victory
I have been doing lots of running workouts in the gym but haven't been doing any outdoor runs. I have IT band syndrome in both knees so my gym workouts are often sprinting workouts that are very short. Today it was so gorgeous that I decided to go for a 45 minute run. I wasn;t going fast at all, but was able to run the entire thing. My knees didn't hurt! Normally they hurt after 5 or 6 minutes! I was SO happy! I wish I could get better at it and really get into races and stuff but I am too scared. Everytime I run I think "Man I would be in great shape if I could really do this!" lol Hoping to be able to do more of this!

First of all- thats amazing!! What a great feeling that must be!! I went for a short run outside today as well (so beautiful out)- but my knee wasn't quite cooperating.
