Tofu noodles
These have been around a little while but if any of you haven't seen them yet, definitely a must buy!! I mixed them w/2 laughing cow cheese's and like a tablespoon of light sour cream for an alfredo type sauce (similar recipe is on the package). YUM and I think the whole bowl I made was like less than 150 calories. eta: shoprite produce section

Re: Tofu noodles
Delicious....I LOVE them becuse they are so low inc arbohydrates! I think it's only like 6 grams for the entire bag! Just make sure you rinse them thoroughly and either boil them or microwave them to get rid of the smell!

Re: Tofu noodles
We've been dying to try these but I keep hearing about this "smell". Did you find they smelled at all?

Re: Tofu noodles
I find them in best yet and certain health food stores. I find they do smell a bit if you don't microwave or boil them long enough but I get past the smell for the taste and nutrition! lol

Re: Tofu noodles
It's good idea to roast them to get the water out of them...I like them for stir fry and pad Thai

Re: Tofu noodles
I have bought these twice and both times I let them expire in the fridge because I was afraid to try them! May have to buy them again!
