Has anyone gotten top soil delivered? from where?
We're looking for companies that deliver top soil (by the yard not the bag). Does anyone know of any companies, prices, etc. We're in west islip if that helps.

We havent had ours delivered YET; but we are getting ours from Garden Dept in Coram; I believe they have a location in Dix Hills as well.
Im not sure what we are paying for the top soils but the delivery is FREE

We used Bedrock Landscaping Materials last year, but I can't remember how much it was. They're in W. Babylon right on Sunrise Hwy (the south service road). HTH!
ETA: We also got the stones to build a short wall around our flower beds from them.

Re: Has anyone gotten top soil delivered? from where?
We just had our landscape redone. Our landscaper took care of it but the company that came and delivered the topsoil was Ketcham Farms (based out of Northport). We needed alot since we have a large property, so I am not sure if they only deliver for large jobs or commercial jobs but you can try googling them and calling.

We use a place in Lake Grove, on Hawkins Ave for all our mulch. Guy's name is Donny (last name I believe Hallock) He has topsoil too. I know the mulch is $20/yard.
Not sure if he goes to West Islip though...he might just be local.

I recently hired Munch landscaping in W.Islip. They are leveling our backyard. I'm sure they can get you an estimate

Re: Has anyone gotten top soil delivered? from where?
If you go to your local nursery, they should be able to deliver it. We just had 2 yards delivered and dumped in our driveway. We got it from the nursery up the block. Total cost was around $100 - $72 for the top soil, $25 for delivery, plus tax. I'm in Massapequa though so I can't help you location wise. Sorry.
