I get mulch every other year from Garden Department in Coram. They usually are the cheapest as far as I know. Don't recall the price. The pennysaver should start having all the specials soon.

We got soil from Bedrock in W Babylon a few years ago. It was a simliar price to HD/Lowes but a lot easier as it wasn't in bags and no need to cart it in/out of the car.
This year we will get a mulch delivery because we just need too much.

my parents get both every year(they have a HUGE propert and my dad is always making new flower beds)
