baby aspirin
how much is safe to take? I bought the chewable 81 mg tablets. The bottle says 4 every 4 hours which sounds like a lot.

Re: baby aspirin
I would def check with your MD first. I got pg thru IVF initially and baby aspirin was part of my protocol. I took one a day starting a few days after they implanted the embroyo and stopped around 8 weeks. I believe it's safe to take, but check with the MD first

so why are you taking it?
it basically helps to work as somewhat of a blood thinner to help prevent blood clots.
personally I wouldn't just take it to take it unless the dr told me to.
I was told to take 1 a day by my RE. When he saw that everything looked normal, he took me off it.

Re: baby aspirin
Dont take it unless your dr tells you to.
After my miscarriages, I went for testing and found out about a blood clotting disorder.
Every since then, I have to take ONE baby aspirin a day for the rest of my life. During pregnancy, I switch to Lovenox.
You definitely shouldnt take more than one a day for pregnancy issues, and definitely check with your dr first!

Re: baby aspirin
Again it is very important to take medication under the advice and watchful eye of a Dr.
All and every medication interacts with your body's chemicals and balance. Especially if you're taking any other medications or supplements, your Dr. needs to know.
