losing weight steady
so i lost 5 pounds for one week everything was steady afew days of eating crap i gained 3lbs back maybe 4 what can i do to lose it again
i havent worked out all week
sooo upset dont want to tell my trainer tomorrow

What did you do to lose the 5lbs? Was your diet too restrictive? If so, I'm thinking that caused the crappy eating. You'll have to find a balance of eating less, but still include the foods you enjoy so you can lose weight consistently and not feel deprived.

Sarah hit the nail on the head! I think 5lbs for a week is quite alot to lose. It's much easier to lose weight and keep it off when you do it slowly- think half a pound to a pound at a time. So if you gained back 4 of those lbs...no big deal- you still lost the pound!
I know when I restrict my eating too much I actually end up gaining!

I WOULDNT HAVE DINNER BC I WOULDNT HAVE TIME WITH THE KIDS BUT NOW THAT IM EATING AGAIN IM BACK DOWN TO 3 LBS OFF
I CANT WAIT TO BE IN THE 120S AGAIN
