Hot yoga in HOT weather

So are you regulars keeping up with your classes in this weather?

I am LOVING it.

I have had such amazing classes this week and I think it's because my body is already so "warmed up".

I just have been sure to keep myself hydrated throughout the day.

yup! and it's funny because my tolerance to heat has increased.....so all this hot weather isn't bugging me as much as it used too!

last night was a hard class because it was so muggy before the storm, so even when they opened the door for some relief, there wasn't a cool breeze!
