Heartburn for no reason?
I never ever get heartburn but I've had it (mild) the past two days.
My diet hasn't changed at all - what could be causing this? Stress?

I am sitting here with raging heartburn right now too.
I just popped a Pepcid pill.
did have coffee this morning and that sometimes causes it- but I drink it every day and usually don't have an issue.
Yes, stress can cause it for sure.
Sometimes there is no rhyme or reason to it.

So bizarre right? I also drink coffee every day and I've been having the same kind I always do.
The only time I get HB is when I am pregnant and I know that is not the case for sure

stress can definitely cause it!
try to have more 'bready' foods - it'll help 'sop' up the acid. sounds hacky - but always works for me... have a sleeve of crackers or something...

ugh I know the feeling, Im actually looking at my bottle of pantoprazole which I can only spell since I am looking at it.
