Plus sized and trying.
High Ladies,
I'm really starting to get the itch and we want to start trying soon. I'm just worried that we will have problems because of my size. I could really use some advice/ stories from other Plus Sized mommies to be.

All I can offer is hugs. I am in the same boat. I'm about 50-75lbs "overweight" and wish I could easily drop some of that weight and TTC.
We're currently TTCing and I'm just dealing with it.
I was "overweight" when TTCing for DS, but not this much.

Ive known so many overweight women who have gotten pregnant quickly and have had healthy babies. Dont be scared about it, just go for it!

I am over 80 lbs above the "standard" for a woman of my height. I went to my primary care and got my physical and told him I was TTC soon. He gave me the "ok" and told me to avoid certain things (smoking/drinking). I also have an under active thyroid which is under control through medication.
I got pregnant my first month actively TTC. There is hope for us even if we are overweight.

i am vvvv overweight! hate it but trying as always.
i did get pg but had a mc but not due to weight issues.
i am actually trying to lose a few bc i know its easier on your body the less weight you carry....but damnnn the doritoes looks so good when you are on infertility meds!!!!! lol

I am overweight, if I become pregnant I am going to be eating very healthy though, not gonna lie I am not the best eater

I became PG relatively quickly for my 1st, and am PG again now w/ my 2nd. I am 5'0 and size 18, so def on the plus side. With my 1st I got GD, which really helped keep weight gain under control since I was on a special diet. I wound up 30 lbs thinner then my pre-pregnancy weight, so I always say pregnancy is the best diet to be on!

i am a fatty..and have a lot of issues fertlity wise andmy doc never once said the weight is the major issue
