one on one aide interview questions
Hi everyone - I am overjoyed to be getting an interview as an aide. I don't have any expereince. I do have my TA certification- any idea what questions would be asked?
Anyone have one on one aide and what do they do?
This is middle/high school level
any help would be greatly appreciated!
I really want this job.

Good Luck!
I assume you will be working with one student for the entire day. The one in my class is responsible for managing their student's behavior, keeping the student on task, being a scribe (which is determined by their IEP), and getting additional handouts for the class.
