milk sensitivity
I EBF my DD and believe she has a milk sensitivity. I have been cutting out all milk/soy products from my diet for about 3 weeks now and I thought it was finally helping last week. She was doing so much better from Wed-Sun, but she has been very fussy again for the past two days. Has anyone had a similar experience? I don't have a specific question, just looking for any advice/experience you have to share. TIA

Re: milk sensitivity
Did you cut out just obvious dairy (milk, cheese, butter) or hidden dairy as well? I EBFed my son for 15 months and when he was 6 wks, he was diagnosed with a milk allergy. I had to cut out ALL dairy, including hidden. There are SO many things that have hidden dairy that I would never have even realized. Kellymom.com is a fantastic resource. Here is a great hidden dairy "cheat sheet" from their site: hidden dairy. HTH!
ETA: It's a pdf file, so don't be alarmed when you click the link and it asks you to save it.
