PATADAY? What do you do for itchy eyes???

My eyes have been SO itchy the past 2 weeks or so I can not keep my hands out of them. I KNOW I am going to end up with pink eye, especially b/c Im also going back to teach elementary school! I cant really focus on anything but rubbing my eyes LOL I swear I now have wrinkles and bags under my eyes that I didnt have before. Its no good. I am SOOO busy, I really dont want to go to the doctor again.

What has worked for you? Are any of you suffering from bad allergies right now? I NEVER had any allergies at all until the last 3 years or so.

mine are RAGING. I had a sample of that Pataday once and it worked. I have an appt. with my allergist next week. I am on Allegra, Nasonex and Visine Allergy drops (which work for like 10 min.)

I tried Pataday and it worked okay for me. Heads up though, it was around $40 for an unbelievably tiny bottle. I ran out this summer and had forgotten to get a renewal at the eye dr. so I tried an OTC. I got Opcon A allergy drops and they have worked just as well or better. You can also try an OTC daily allergy pill like zyrtec or claritin with the drops.
