starting whole milk
Did anyone start before a year? Is it a big deal if they get some earlier

My son is just a little over 11 months and I've started about 3 weeks ago giving him a little bit here and there with different meals.

I started at about 11.5months. My milk supply in felt was getting low, so I started whole milk mid day. Then about 2 weeks later started in the evening too. Then today I dropped the morning. I had no issues, although this morning she hit the cup away, but drank during breakfast.

We did it at 11 months. We did formula and milk over a 4 day period and then 100% milk.
His formula was like a car payment every month

We just waited until he was 12 months and then pretty much switched over cold turkey. I added a scoop of formula to the milk each time and then gave him less and less until it was 100% milk. This was within 1 week of starting.

We started about a week after DD#2 turned 11 months. I was running out of formula and didn't want to buy more so we started transitioning her.

I just switched at 12 months. Cold turkey. DS never really complained.
