1-2 night driving getaway with a toddler
We have a free night at a Marriott chain hotel that we need to use by Dec. 20th.
We are thinking about going somewhere either the last weekend of October or the week before Christmas.
Trying to find something not too far, but that will keep our almost 2 year old, active little boy entertained. He loves aquariums and trains...
Any ideas?

Lancaster....DW and the train museum? There are three Marriott hotels there.....The Courtyard is nice and has an indoor pool along with fridge/microwave in the room.

Thank you! We did that in the spring, and he loved it! Any other ideas?

How about Mystic, CT? There are a couple of Marriott's there. There is a Marriott at Coco Key Waterpark in Mt. Laurel, NJ...you could stay there and buy park tickets separately. Saratoga Springs has a couple, which isn't too far from Lake George

We just stayed at the marriot courtyard in philly, pa & took ds to the philly zoo one day & the please touch museum the next. He loved it! (both places were not even a 10 min drive from the hotel) The weather should be great the last weekend in Oct.

Maybe Boston (if you are doing two nights)?
