Triple paste and diaper essentials
Is it too strong if there is no rash? I want to build up some essential supplies at home for diaper changing.. I have a tub of it, but then is it safe for everyday use?
I was thinking of getting a tub of Vaseline, but then is that good or should I get something else? TIA

With DD in the beginning I used Vaseline, and as she got older for diaper rashes only i used triple paste and if its a really bad diaper rash i use triple paste and seal it with a layer of aquarphor, that usually seems to do the trick.

Re: Triple paste and diaper essentials
I am huge fan of A&D. I felt it prevented diaper rashes, and I like the consistency - it went on smooth, no to sticky, not too thick. DS is 2.5, still in diapers, and never had a rash. Been using it since I brought him home. If he looks red, then i use Desitin. Never tried triple paste.

Triple paste is by far THE BEST. I wouldn't use it for every diaper change since it's so expensive. But definitely have it one hand. And yes, vaseline is good for everyday use.

I like A&D for every day. It was recommended to me at the hospital.

I love Earth Mama Angel Baby Bottom Balm - it cures anything! And its completely natural so its fine if there is no rash too! It's all I used on my DD.
Here's a great resource: Safe Mama Diaper Rash Cheat Sheet

Vaseline is amazing. DD has only had one diaper rash and that was because she was on antibiotics. I only use vaseline, and destin max when she had a rash.
