DD's First Birthday Party
I've been a member for years, and while I don't post very often, I really used many of the ideas you ladies have posted, and wanted to give back and help anyone else planning a party 
We recently celebrated my daughter’s first birthday and had an amazing time, I just wanted to share with you guys some of our moments as well as some party highlights. I planned for months, since we are done having kids, we figured we would go big with her first birthday...
First was MyDeco balloons (www.mydecoballoon.com )… they made the beautiful balloon arch resembling flowers since it was a Tinkerbell themed party. They also made the centerpieces which were great! I told them the theme and the colors I was looking for and they came up with the design and color scheme! Great to work with.
We have Nick the Balloonatic! I know he is well known on these boards but he is truly amazing and one of the nicest individuals you will ever meet, and has the patience of a saint! I had close to about 20 kids that wanted different balloon art and he fulfilled all of their requests,…. The kids are still talking about him! Then we had Sharon from Fantasy Face paint….. all I can say is “WOW”, every little girl looked like a fairy princess, and she would actually match the face paint to what they were wearing and what style they wanted, we had grown women begging her to have their faces painted! The boys had amazing designs as well… it was so detailed and colorful…it was beyond amazing! If anyone is every looking for a face painter with a “wow” factor she is the one you need to call!
For adult favors we made personalized 2012 Calendars from Vistaprint, which I designed on their site with my DD dressed up as Tinkerbell and it was dirt cheap! The personalized Birthday banner was from the Celebrate express, and I got it with a free shipping code! The 20x30 Collage Posters which displayed some of the her pictures from her one year photo shoot I ordered from shutterfly for 15 bucks.
The Cake and Cupcakes were from Stew Leonard’s, which were delicious! And between the cake which feed about 70 adults and 30 cupcakes, the total was about $110.
We had a wonderful celebration with our friends and family!

Wow everything looked great!! Especially, your DD!! I also had a tink themed 1st B-day for DD #1.
