South Beach diet question--Phase 1
I'm planning to start it Monday (trying to get recipes and groceries tomorrow) because I know it'll be a lot more cooking than usual here.
Any tips? I feel like to make things not be crazy, breakfasts will be eggs, salsa and black beans, lunch will be mostly cobb salad or leftover from dinner, dinner I see lots of grilled chicken, chili, fish, etc
Don't have a clue yet about snacks or desserts (that we're supposed to have for phase 1)
I hope it's not an angry 2 weeks

I like to make a fritatta and then just throw it in the microwave in the mornings. Easier than cooking eggs every day.
I love this SBD recipe blog. So many great ideas and all the recipes I've made have been really good.

Stock up on cheeses...polly-o light string cheese, laughing cow light spreadable cheese(goes well with celery), shredded light chedder or mozz(to make with eggs, add a veggie), etc.
