question about fruit on the 17 day diet
i know fruits are limited in cycle 1 of the 17DD....but what about fruit flavored yogurt?
today is my first day and as i open my snack i am wondering if this is okay.....

You can have fruit flavored BUT it is supposed to be sugar free.
