Aflac
The effective date of my Aflac policy is 1/1/11. I am currently pregnant, due in April. When I signed up the agent told me I couldn't "give birth" for 10 months after signing up. I just read my policy and it states "Aflac New York will not pay benefits for a disability that is caused by or occurs as a result of your: Pregnancy or childbirth within the first ten months of the Effective Date of coverage as a result of a normal pregnancy."
I got pregnant prior to 10 months of the effective date, am I still covered?
Thanks!

Re: Aflac
You're totally covered.
It started January 2011 - not 2012 right?
If it's 2012 - you're not covered.

Re: Aflac
Yes, the start date is 1/1/11, not 2012.
