2br, 2nd floor addition

I know there are tons of variables- but can anyone give me a ballpark figure for how much something like this would cost?
We want to add a 2nd floor to our 3BR, 1Ba house. We just want 2 extra rooms, and I guess we'd may as well put a bath up there too.
We're in the very beginning stages of even talking about this, so I was wondering what kind of $ we'd be talking about.

Anyone have any ideas? Anyone have any rx's for a reliable contractor who could give us an estimate ? Thank you !

It's not going to be cheap and usually more expensive expanding on the first floor.

I know of a couple who did this and spent 80k for one bedroom and a bath, that was just a first floor addition.
