nyc half!
so, who else is running this sunday? it's supposed to be 58 and partly cloudy. perfect running weather! i'm also kind of excited to run through the battery park underpass - seems like a cool thing to experience.

me neither! but i read the race course description on NYRR and that's how i found out. they are also having a TON of bands playing along the route and people can track runners via iphone. it's going to be so fun!

Two days out and I am having horrible knee and hip pain.
I swear if they have to put me in a wheelchair and give me a push I am crossing that finish line!

I am running too. My first half!! I have been feeling a tightness in my right hamstring and I just told my sister something similar..."if I have to chop this dam! leg off and hobble to the finish line that is what I will do!"
At this point I am just trying to rest up...the work is done and do the best I can on Sunday!!
