Re: DISNEY PREGNANT???
I haven't been there pregnant, but I don't see why you wouln't be able to go on the milder rides with her.
We were supposed to go this summer but we ended up cancelling since I wouldn't be able to go on the rides I want to go on as well, lol.
Does it say anything on their website?

Re: DISNEY PREGNANT???
I went there 24 weeks pregnant. I could go on a lot of rides, but we went to Epcot which is the most pregnant friendly...only two attractions, Test Track and Body Wars, are off-limits.
At Magic Kingdom, off limit rides are Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Splash Mountain, Dumbo (if you get nauseous easily), Magic Carpets of Aladdin, Mad Tea Party, The Barnstormer, Astro Orbiter, Space Mountain, and the Tomorrowland Indy Speedway.

Re: DISNEY PREGNANT???
I went to Disney 20 weeks pregnant and was able to go on pretty much everything except roller coaster type rides. I did have to miss out on two of my favorites ( tower of terror and rockin roller coaster) but all in all it was great! Just make sure to drink plenty of water and wear comfy shoes. I was so glad to be able to do it with our 4 yr old one last time before the baby arrived!

Re: DISNEY PREGNANT???
When I went at 16 weeks pregnant (just DH and I) my OB said no rides, but he's really strict like that. It kinda ruined it for me since I really enjoy rides but I couldn't justify the risk after he told me that.

Re: DISNEY PREGNANT???
Thanks for the information; I am leaving for Disney in 2 weeks and will be 20 weeks prego. I plan to stay off most rides just to be safe; just not worth it to me. I'm just hoping for some color to tan this milky chubby body of mine.

I think that the pooh ride is also off limits because of the bouncing.
I also found this list by doing a google search
Here's the list of attractions that pregnant women shouldn't ride:
Magic Kingdom:
* Big Thunder Mountain Railroad * Space Mountain * Splash Mountain * Tomorrowland Indy Speedway
Epcot:
* Body Wars * Mission: SPACE * Test Track
Disney's Hollywood Studios:
* Star Tours * Rock 'n' Roller Coaster * Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
Animal Kingdom:
* DINOSAUR * Expedition Everest * Kali River Rapids * Kilimanjaro Safari * Primeval Whirl
Epcot is the most pregnant-friendly park -- only two attractions, Test Track and Body Wars, are off-limits. At Magic Kingdom, just say no to Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Splash Mountain, Dumbo (if you get nauseous easily), Magic Carpets of Aladdin, Mad Tea Party, The Barnstormer, Astro Orbiter, Space Mountain, and the Tomorrowland Indy Speedway. At Disney-MGM Studios, stay off Star Tours, Rock n' Roller Coaster, and the Tower of Terror. At Disney's Animal Kingdom, avoid Kali River Rapids and Dinosaur. Kilimanjaro Safaris carries a health restriction, but many pregnant women (including Jennifer's sister) feel okay about it. If you decide to go on the Kilimanjaro Safaris, ask the cast member if you can ride in the wheelchair-accessible vehicle -- it isn't as bumpy as the others. If you're not certain if a particular ride is for you, have your significant other try it out first and then report back. If you opt out of a ride, you can either shop in a nearby gift shop (there's always one around) or stay in the queue with your party until boarding and then ask for the "chicken exit."

Re: DISNEY PREGNANT???
Just got back from Disney at 18 weeks pregnant. I went on every ride my son whose 2 could go one. I went on Pooh, Alladin and the tea cups, and the safari at animal kingdom. Its really not a big deal- I never felt like I was being jerked around, it was fine.

Re: DISNEY PREGNANT???
I just went last month and took my DD who was almost 2.5 yrs old, and I was 20 wks at the time.
We had a blast, I could go on pretty much all the rides except for the roller coasters, which DD wasn't going on anyway. I did get pretty tired though, so I would definitely suggest a rest day in between.
Have fun!!!

Re: DISNEY PREGNANT???
crashing on this board, but I went when I was around 20 weeks preggo. It wasn't too bad at all! I just have to say, use your judgement! Some rides say you can't ride, but for a silly reason. Some say you can't ride and you think it's fine, but it's not!
I could not go on the bumper cars (for obvious reasons) At Universal, I could not go on a silly kids slow roller coaster because there is a lap bar that comes down and would press your belly.
I DID go on the JAWS ride at Universal even though they recommend against it. It is a boat ride and the guy said that they advise preggos not to go in case something happens with the boat, they wouldn't want you to have a problem getting out. BUT, they allowed handicaps on the boat!! Sorry, but even being pregnant, I had a better chance of getting off the boat than someone who is wheel-chair bound. That one didn't make sense!
Oh, and the Shrek ride at Universal, I was GLAD I listened to directions. It is a 4D "ride". You sit in the seats and watch a 4D movie so I couldn't understand why that would be bad. But there is a part where you are riding a horse and galloping and the seats are bouncing VERY violently. I chose to sit in the seats designated for preggos that do not move and I was SURE glad I did!

I was just there last month (25w) and I did Aladdin, Tea cups & Astro orbiter. I don't know what barnstormer is.
We took midday breaks and went back to the hotel - much needed. It was a ton of fun though

Re: DISNEY PREGNANT???
I've been there a few times PG, lol. 3 months, 16w and 8 months! And the 8 months was early August!
I was only able to go on the Safari ride, Winnie the pooh, Pirates, Snow White, 3D movies and rides like those that are fairly smooth. Anything else I just waited for everyone, which was most of the rides. But, you can still do some of them!

Re: DISNEY PREGNANT???
I've been there twice while pregnant, both times at around 27 weeks. I went on EVERYTHING but the "mountain" rides in Magic Kingdom and the roller coaster rides at the other parks (there might have been one or two others that I skipped too, but I only remember those)
My preggo trips at disney were the two most fun, believe it or not!
