I do too, but they do not know why and aren't concerned. I am 4cm and extremely uncomfortable.

Re: Anyone have too much amniotic fluid???
I do as well. I have been monitored since 27 weeks. I am now almost 37 weeks.
They have no idea why in my case. I do not have GD, I am not having a big baby, I do not have a viral infection, so I fall under the category of unknown causes.
I just go for weekly sonograms to monitor.

Re: Anyone have too much amniotic fluid???
I have a lot of pressure, but I am not sure if it is from the fluid, big baby or dilation. If I stand more then 5 minutes I am in pain.
ETA: I also get a burning feeling under my belly, I wonder if that is from the pressure of the extra fluid. I never thought about it.

Re: Anyone have too much amniotic fluid???
I have some discomfort in my lower abdomen which I am guessing is from the fluid. I did not have this with my first.
As for Vaginal pressure I feel a bit of that, but am attributing that to getting further along.
Let us know how it goes in labor and delivery.

Re: Anyone have too much amniotic fluid???
They checked me out, no infection or any issue. Just a tremendous amount of fluid and he flipped and is breech laying head on my left side. Said to just rest and take tylenol. Only relief I have is laying in bed, ugh!!! I go to my ob on Tue so will see what he says. My mom is coming up this week from Florida to stay with us b/c it is hard for me to take care of my DD (2.5 yrs old) as my Dh works. I stopped working a little over a wk ag b/c I have back issues (prior to pregnancy).

Re: Anyone have too much amniotic fluid???
I had moderately high levels with both of my previous pregnancies. But I was told it had to do with the large size of the baby.
I was, to put it mildly, HUGE with both of them.
By the time I was 35 weeks I thought that the baby was going to fall out.

Glad to hear that ultimately everything is ok, with you and the baby. Hope you are feeling better soon!
