how would i know if im leaking Amniotic Fluid? Update
DH and i did the deed, and there was sorry TMI a wet spot on the bed. I think it was discharge from me and some of him  If your water breaks it would keep coming out right? it wouldnt just be a spot?
Update: So i went to L&D to be checked if i was leaking fluid, im not which is great, but im so embarrassed it was a false alarm, the doctor said it was most likely discharge or i peed myself and dont have good bladder control lol
Well exciting news is that im 3cm dilated and 80% effaced. i was 1cm on tues, so i hope that means its gonna happen sooner then later.

It could keep coming or it could not. If you sit or stand, the baby's head will help it not to leak. They say that amniotic fluid does not have a smell. Keep an eye on it. Check you undies often. And call your dr. if you have concern. The hospital has a quick simple litmus paper test that can check for fluid.

sorry i dont mean to laugh....but now at least you're closer  just went to the doc and i'm 1 cm...how quickly did you turn 3? were you being active...besides doing the deed....i guess you guys were just waiting to be off B!

it is pretty funny, i was 1cm this past tuesday. so in less then a week. but the doctor did say it could stay like this for a while. who knows.
