Spinoff to Drinks
Does anyone else remember NOT bringing water bottles to school and using the water fountain when you were in elementary school? Is sending children in with water bottles a new thing?
I have a 6 and 8 yo and have been sending water since they have been in school but after some time, and many bottles lost, I can't help but think and say to them "I used the water fountain when I was a kid!!".

I remember, but I was the same germophobe then that I am now and I never used the water fountain! I allow my class to use the water fountain if they forget their water bottle, but I greatly discourage it!

DS is in Kindergarten and they specifically asked that we not send drinks in for snack because they have a water fountain in the room. We do send a drink with lunch. He likes the fountain.
