what gets me the most, on message boards and In real life is when there's no growth. There is no "you know, I didn't it see it that way and now that you shared your feeling or experience, I can see there's another side and I am sorry for offending you."

I can't stand anyone who is so stubborn and can't deviate from his or her own view, or even see another side to things. The worst though is when they have their opinion and then blatantly hurt others without even seeming to care, and when called on, they still don't give a fudge.

I agree, and it's pretty sad.

But with hazel, when I read her posts it always came across as serious insecurity on her part. Even if you stated your opinion respectfully and you weren't even addressing her she would hound you like a dog to try to convince you why her way was better. She came across (to me) as REALLY insulting, when I *think* the reality was that she was so insecure about her own choices that she NEEDED everyone to tell her she was right.

But maybe I'm wrong and she was just a condescending jerk. Chat Icon

Re: Not worth it to work?

Why was I not informed of dramaz? As a former FTWM and current SAHM, I need to have dramaz and other forms of entertainments to slack off throughout the day.

I feel unloved.

You guys really are a bunch of meanie head jackholes. Chat Icon

No seriously, this parenting gig? It's hard. There are challenges to both SAHM and FTWM. Don't judge anyone's life or life choices until you've walked a mile in their shoes.
