STAR?
If I applied for STAR in December of 2011 when will I likely see the deduction come off my monthly bill?

we got our letter in the mail yesterday saying we were approved for STAR. we applied last year in December 2011 as well. we actually refinanced in March and we saw that it was already taken into account for our escrow payments.

Thanks! Hmmmm... I guess I should call the town to find out. Wonder how that is done.

You can also go onto mynassauproperty.com and check if it was applied. Might be easier then calling them.

I just checked and didnt see anything applied. Thanks for the suggestion.
