Yes, I believe so.
You used to be able to park on the street and walk in, however, I have heard they put up a bunch of "No Parking" signs.
It stinks. I love it there!

Yes...you have to be town resident.

If you are not a town resident, you can go in with a town resident. You have to drive in directly behind them and pay $7. I did this last week. What a great park! Wish I could go more...
