What would you serve at a brunch?

I am having a sales consultant type party at my house on Sunday and the theme is Brunch and Bling (one of the choices by the sales rep). Anyway there will be about 20 women at my house and wanted ideas on what to serve.

Here is what I was thinking
- Fruit Salad
- Mini Bagels
- Breakfast Casserole
- Pita Platter from Stop and Shop
- Bread bowl with artichoke dip and veggies
- Maybe some mini quiches
- Shrimp Cocktail
- Bloody Mary's and Mimosas

your list sounds good. Nothing seems to time consuming, so you will still be able to participate yourself. Even though you already ahve the bfast casserole, maybe add one more thing you can do ahead of time, like a quiche. Or maybe scones?
