I am pretty sure I have read that eating salmon is safe during pregnancy but can anyone verify it for me? TIA!!

This was one of the first things I asked my doctor..she said its perfectly fine in moderation.

My OB actually told me not to eat the farm raised salmon due to too many contaminants in the water. He did say wild is fine, which I have been eating about once a week.
