Can't win at my vet today
So if you read my other post all 4 of my cats have pink eye and uri. So I bought 2 in this morning, my 2 fatties, 1 is 13pnds and the other is 13.5 and got lectured that they are too fat. Bought my other 2 in this afternoon and got lectured bc they are too skinny. One is 7.5pnds and the other is 8. All 4 of them have been the same size for almost all their lives. They range in age from 6-12 and they all eat the same. I asked what I should do and they couldn't give me a good answer. I can't separate my 13.5 and my 8 pounder bc they go ballistic when they aren't near each other.

Can't win at my vet today
aww, sorry all your kitties are sick. If your cats are too fat, I wonder what your vet would say about mine? Mine is 36lbs! I wish I had a 13 lb cat!

About their size though, my vet has never said anything about the sizes of mine. We have 4 who range from 7.5lbs to 15lbs.
We asked if my 15lb boy was too heavy and they said he's just a big cat. Everything about him is bigger. He has a big face, big paws, a thick tail.... I heard you can judge if they're too heavy by if they have a belly that hangs down (which my cat does not).

Oh no my 12 yr old is fat. She has always been fat. She blew up the day after she got spayed. My boy is just a big cat but he's solid. I'm not really worrying about the weight it's a losing batte. The medicine regimen with them this morning was so fun.

LOL!
At least my vet says that.
My girl kitty is really fat. Boy kitty a little.
I would try not to give any of them treats or anything apart from their regular meals.

The fat ones don't get treats. They don't like them. My 2 skinnies eat anything and everything.
