I gasped out loud when I read your title update. I am so so sorry. I know how you feel, I truly do. You are an awesome mom to your cat and your child. Never forget that. You can look back with no regrets and that is a wonderful thing. I am so sorry for your loss of your beloved cat. It's too bad that every single cat and animal doesn't have an owner like you, who cherished them until the end. 
Your kitty is out of pain now but surely had an awesome life of being loved until the end.

I wish I could come up with something comforting to say, but this update brought tears to my eyes. My cats are like my children and as cliche as that may sound, I say it wholeheartedly. I cannot even imagine what this must feel like for you right now. I KNOW that Clover's life was made sweeter because of you... and of course she did the same for you

So so sorry. Prayers for you and your family at this difficult time.
When I was 20 our 19 year old cat said farewell. It was like losing my sibling.

This is perfectly said.
And as Kitty posted, I too had a cat with cancer where I had to make the decision to put him down, at the time I knew was right. There was a look in his eyes that just told me he'd had enough. The pictures I took of him in the end showed just how bad he was.
Munchkin will always be in my heart, and I believe that Clover will always be in yours.

It broke my heart to read your latest update....I'm so very sorry for your loss I can't imagine what you are going through. The loss of a pet is just so hard, especially when that pet is like your child. Hoping that each day gets better for you

I was really sad to see your update as I was hoping things would get better. Losing a furbaby is losing a family member. So very,very sorry for the loss
