i'm fair skinned and have always had moles, still to this day i get new ones and even more so when I was pregnant with my DS... every time I have a biopsy, it always comes back "atypical" and I have to get surgery done to take all of it out and stitch me up... Its almost to the point where I hate going to the dermotologist each year since they will find more moles to biopsy and remove further. The derm referred me to a place called "mole safe" where they take photos of all the moles on your body (i probably have 100 plus) to see if any look like they might be melanoma and reduces the need to do multiple biopsies all the time... unfortunately the cost is $400 and not covered by insurance, but I just wanted to see if anyone else here has done this to see if it is worth it?
