My trip to L&D last night...
Last night on my way home from work I was in a car accident. I was driving home (different route- I was detoured). Car in front of me stopped (not quite short, but pretty quickly), I stopped. The car behind me couldn't break and slammed into me.
It was close to my parents so my mom picked me up and I waited there until DH could get home from work (which took 2 hours because of the snow).
My doctor wanted to go to L&D to get checked out. They kept me there for about 3 1/2 hours monitoring me and the baby. Apparently I was having contractions (I didn't feel them). I We finally left around midnight. Luckily, the baby is fine. He has been moving around like crazy. My school is closed today so I'll be able to relax.
In the mean time, the countdown continues- 6 days until I get to meet my baby boy!!
Drive safely everyone who has to go out of the house today. The roads are so scary.
