I love it with breaded pork chops and potato pancakes. You can also use it in place of oil for baking.
I would think mixing it in mashed sweet potatoes would be yummy too.

My mom makes a delish loin of pork...she mixes a bag of sauerkraut with apple sauce on the bottom on a baking pan and then place a loin of pork on top...bake until done!
I HATE sauerkraut but yet some reason I love it when like this..it makes the pork so tender and juicy!
