Is anyone's dog STILL scratching?
I know a lot of posters had written a while ago how bad their dog's allergies were.
I thought maybe with the cooler weather Cosmo would get better. He still bites and licks his paws and tail all the time though. There are wet spots on our beds and couches sometimes (practically puddles) from him biting and licking!!
He's on medication, he has spray from the vet, and even tried changing his food.
He goes back again to the Vet on Tuesday.
I was just wondering if anyone else's pups still had allergies.

Yes. Both of mine do. We had them allergy tested. They both take Claritin daily and Benadryl if its bad. Both have food and environmental.

What started out as allergies turned into fleas so HELL YEA they're scratching. 
I don't know if the problem was fleas the whole time but we flea combed him and found nothing a month ago. We gave benadryl but it didn't alleviate the problem, and now we know why.

I have a shih tzu, and all his been doing for the past 2 weeks is scratch himself...I feel terrible.
I can give him benadryl?

Darwin is still scratching but he's always had skin/food allergies.

Poor doggies still scratching I hope they all find relief soon.
My pup's right paw is red from all his biting and licking at it. I hope the vet can help today.

Yes.
Poor guys. I gave them some benadryl this morning. It helps for a little while.

I asked my vet before I gave it to him. He said for my 70 pound dog, one tablet 2x a day would be fine. Not sure how much to give for a small dog, I'd definitely ask your vet beforehand.

My dog was okay for about 2 weeks, I guess with the rain and cool weather? But yesterday he was scratching and crying again.
