Good and easy apple pie recipe?
Anyone have a good apple pie/apple crisp easy recipe? please share

Good and easy apple pie recipe?
I made the one from the joy of cooking with DS and mu uncle. Basically apples, butter, sugar, cinnamon and flour...no idea measurements, it was my uncle book. We used premade crusts. Very traditional/classic apple pie

mine is similar...
Apple Pie Ingredients
• 2 deep dish frozen pie crusts
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 6-8 granny smith apples,
• 2 tsp. cinnamon peeled & cut into wedges
• 3 TB cornstarch
• 3/4 stick butter (cut into slices)
Instruction
• Mix sugar, cinnamon & cornstarch together in small bowl.
• Pile apple wedges high in crust.
• Pour sugar mixture over apples.
• Place butter slices over apples.
• Put second pie crust over pie & push ends together.
• Take knife and create about 5 slits on top (you can form star).
• Place pie on tin-foil-lined cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
