When did you tell your family
the immediate family knew at 6 weeks, close friends at 8 weeks, and were telling aunts and uncles on Thanksgiving. My job knew right away, I was very sick also, it made it easy to explain why I always sick

after our first sonogram, around 8 weeks. i've had 2 previous losses and was nervous to say anything even then!

When did you tell your family
We told my parents 2 days after getting a BFP (I was 3w). I couldn't wait and besides my mom works for my regular doctor so it would have been hard to keep it a secret. I also told 2 of my best friends at 4w. I couldn't wait to tell them and we were going away the following week and just wanted someone to know after the bloodwork came back. We told my IL's at 6w and SIL and BIL at 7w. I am having a pampered chef party at 11w and I'm going to tell anyone that comes the big news.
We had a chemical in August and I think it would have been easier to go through surrounding myself with loved ones. We are thinking about telling DH's aunts and uncles tomorrow (we told mine a couple days ago) but I think it depends on how the day goes.

When did you tell your family
I told my dad at 6 weeks, his parents and sisters, my mom and brother right after our 7 week sonogram, and everyone else at 13 weeks.

I was the same I told my parents right away and my in laws live out of state so when I had my first visit and got a sono what we did was got them on the phone and sent the sono pic to there cell phone so we could all hear there reaction!!

That's what I did. We had our family over at 6-7 weeks and let them figure it out :0)
