Christmas Eve menu?
What will be your Christmas Eve menu?
The past 2years I did the 7 fish meal but it was a lot of work and I'm not up for that this year. I'm thinking of having several apps, salad, and for the main dish a fish fillet , and 1 other main dish option, maybe a pasta? (Past 2years I had 3 main dish options)

I will tell you my Christmas day menu for 13 people:
Apps:
Stuffed Mushrooms
Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese on Cucumber
Cheese, Soppresata, & Olive Plate
Main:
Pork Crown Roast w/ Calvados Gravy
Sweet & Spicy Green Beans
Braised Red Cabbage w/ Red onion & Apples
Roasted veg Medley (Yukon Pot, Sweet Pot, Butt sq.)
Brown Rice w/ Asparagus & Walnuts
Baked Ziti
Bread
Dessert:
Choc Rasp Ganache Pie
Cookies
Fruit Platter

Apps:
Shrimp cocktail
Veggies & GF crackers with spinach dip and hummus
Cream cheese and pepper jelly with crackers
Mozzarella sticks
Peanut M&M's
Main Course:
Spiral ham
Roasted potatoes
green beans with caramelized onions and almonds
sweet potato casserole
crescents or maybe homemade dinner rolls
Dessert:
shortbread cookies
lace cookies
chocolate turtle pretzels
whatever my guests bring
