Turkey meatloaf
We have been trying to eat less beef. I was very skeptical of turkey meatloaf. I bought this McCormicK Low Sodium Meatloaf Mix and it was really good. I'm apparently not good at following directions because I used one pound of meat(turkey) recipes calls for two pounds. Also said "mix all ingredients" so I did...the I reread the directions and it said, "mix all ingredients except ketchup"....oops. I added some more breadcrumbs and we were good to go. My meatloaf usually have enough fat so I didn't spray the pan. There were a lot of extra crunchy bits to eat during clean up. I made them in a muffin tin so they cooked faster. They took about 25-30 minutes. Image Attachment(s):

Re: Turkey meatloaf
That is our favorite seasoning packet, we have it once a week with turkey!

Re: Turkey meatloaf
I've never tried that packet.
The only way i'll eat meatloaf is this recipe. I got it from a friend.
Mix turkey (or beef) with salsa & tortilla chips. Bake. Add cheese on top if you want. So good!
