I loved having a goal last year so Im in - I hope to get through 25 books this year.
1- The Art of Racing in the Rain - Garth Stein (great book)
2- Snow Flower and the Secret Fan - Lisa See (amazing story)
3- True Colors - Kristin Hannah (could not put the book down!)
4- Winter Garden - Kristin Hannah (amazing story - really loving this author!)
5- Girls in White Dresses - Jennifer Close (ok read, funny at times)
6- The Hunger Games - Suzanne Collins (could not put it down)
7- Catching Fire - Suzanne Collins (loved)
8- Mockingjay - Suzanne Collins (great book, but dragged a little)
9- Fifty Shades of Grey - E.L. James (addictive)
10 - Fifty Shades Darker - E.L. James (loved even more than the first one)
11- Fifty Shades Freed - E. L. James (good but got to be even more unrealistic than the others)
12- The Paris Wife - Paula McLain (hard to get into and even though I knew the ending I found the story so sad and I was so angry about it all)
13- Confessions of a Shopaholic - Sophie Kinsella (funny and light, easy read)
14- Shopaholic Takes Manhattan - Sophie Kinsella (light, funny)
15- Shopaholic Ties the Knot -- Sophie Kinsella (light, funny)
16- Shopaholic and sister - Sophie Kinsella
(cute series so far - light reads)
17- Between Sisters - Kristin Hannah (good - likable characters)
18 - Every Last One - Anna Quindlen (good, could not put it down)
19 - The Things We Do For Love - Kristin Hannah (great book!)

I didn't set a goal, but I am proud that I read 78 books this year. Having a Nook Tablet really helped since I took so many out of the library. I also worked my way through a lot of my stack of TBRs.

I didn't set a goal, but I am proud that I read 78 books this year. Having a Nook Tablet really helped since I took so many out of the library. I also worked my way through a lot of my stack of TBRs.
 
My goal was set at 24. I wound up reading 57! I'm really proud of myself. Never really thought I'd meet my goal, forget about surpassing it.
