Fluid in Ear
I have had fluid in my ear for over a year. I went to the Dr a year ago and they didnt see any fluid so we were just going to monitor it. Then I had my son and things got hectic. I finally went back to the Dr and this time they saw some fluid.
My Dr put me on Zyrtec for 30 days but it did nothing. I am going to call him on Monday to see what's next.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Thanks.
Eta- This is the first time this has happened to me. I never had an abnormal amount of ear infections as a kid. I just find it strage that this came on out of nowhere since my Dr explained this kind of fluid is caused from a dysfunction of the tubes.

I'm not surprised that the Zyrtec didn't do anything. Spinal adjustments make sure your lymphatic system is draining properly. Generally they help within a few visits. I would also cut out any dairy until they drain. Dairy promotes inflammation which is responsible for mucous. Feel free to FM me if you have any questions or need help finding a chiropactor. I practice in Islip, www.islipchiropractic.com.
